Emergencies
We hope not, but should an unforeseen emergency arise during your stay, please telephone the main number of the camp site (+31 77 3072095). This number is obtainable 24 hours of the day.
Qualified first aiders are always on hand in the camp site. The First Aid post is in the reception area. An AED (defibrillator) is mounted on the wall by the indoor play area.
If you telephone an emergency service yourself, please also notify the reception desk.

Visitors and Campers
Visitors and campers must initially report to Reception in all cases and pay the applicable entrance fee (€ 3,00) or the overnight charge (€ 5,00) plus tourism tax (€ 0.83). Visitors and campers then have access to all the facilities of the camp site.

Barrier
On arrival, a guarantee deposit of € 25.00 is payable for a barrier pass. On departure and return of such a pass, the deposit will be repaid. The barrier operates between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Parking (spaces and 2nd cars)
On the camp site, various spaces are car-free and closed off by a post. You can park your car in the parking space. Your 2nd car has to be parked (free of charge) at the front of a special, enclosed and security monitored parking area by the big sports ground. For this you will need a separate access pass.

Bicycles
At reception, bikes can be hired at € 4.00 per day, € 25.00 per week. Children's bikes are € 3.50 per day, and € 19.00 per week. Children's seats are available at € 1.25 per day, and € 4.00 per week.

Mail
Your mail will be sorted into mail boxes at reception.

Playgrounds
The camp site has many playgrounds. Their use is always subject to regulations of conduct. For example, children may use the indoor play area only if supervised by a parent. The indoor play area is reserved to children up to 12 years of age. The instructions of staff must be followed.

Pets
Your pets are welcome, a maximum of 2 per space, but……. NEVERTHELESS !!! Given that we aim to be a child-friendly camp site, we think it inappropriate to admit dogs who by nature might be 'non-child-friendly'. As the owner you undertake at all times to keep your pet on a lead both inside and outside the camp site. You must carry with you and use the MyDog bag we supply (also outside the camp site). Discard the bag in a waste bin after use (both in the camp site and along the walks). There are a number of gates through which you can quickly leave the camp site with your pet. You will be given a special key for the purpose (against deposit).

Launderette
The washing machines are coin operated. Tokens can be bought at reception. Spin drying and ironing are free of charge. During the summer holidays, washing machines must be reserved by means of a registration list

Showers
The showers are free with 5 minutes' supply of hot water, followed by a brief economy period. The baby space and children's sanitary installations are reserved for children up to 6 years of age and in the company of an adult.

Awnings/Marquees
An awning may be fitted to your camping equipment. In order to preserve the grassy underground, the area underneath the awning must not covered. Marquees may not be set up.

Sanitary Installations
The sanitary blocks will be open 24 hours a day. Cleaning times are listed at the entrance. Ensure that your children under 6 are accompanied by an adult when using the toilets. Do keep the sanitary facilities as clean as possible.
Please report any complaints to reception.

Swimming-pool by your space or area
For reasons of safety and liability, a paddling-pool may unfortunately not be set up in your space or area.

Tennis court- midget golf - bowls game
At reception, you can make a booking for the tennis court and hire balls, rackets, midget golf clubs and bowling balls.

Swimming-Pools
Note: The swimming-pools at the Beringerzand camp site are unsupervised. You will at all times be responsible for your own safety, that of your children and of your visitors! The heated open air pool is open in July and August. The indoor pool is open throughout the year!! For reasons of hygiene, the special rules of conduct displayed at the entrances apply throughout. Non-compliance with these rules will result in access to the pools being refused.

Internet
You can access the internet anywhere on the camp site via "wireless LAN". There is an internet point column in the indoor play area where you can read your mail, chat and surf the net. Respective cards are on sale at the reception desk.
